Custom Processing of Silicon Steel Blanks
High-precision die-cutting and prototyping, with flexible production for various sizes
Quick Prototyping from Your Design
We offer custom machining based on customer drawings, with a machining accuracy of up to ±0.02 mm. We support a variety of processing techniques, including wire cutting, laser cutting, and single-punch dies, enabling us to easily produce complex, irregularly shaped stamped parts. Equipped with an AI-powered nesting system, we’ve increased material utilization by 15%. Rapid prototype validation is possible without the need for tooling, with a 48-hour response time for technical coordination and sample delivery within 7–15 days, perfectly aligning with corporate R&D and prototyping cycles.
Custom Large-Size Iron Core Blanks (On-site Measurement Available)
Using a combination of multi-stage stamping and single-punch composite processes, this method can process large iron cores with diameters up to 1.25 meters. It supports various manufacturing approaches, including one-piece forming and segmented assembly, and is suitable for high-power industrial motors and wind power equipment.
Flexible Small-Batch Production
Leveraging our in-house library of standardized molds, we can quickly bring products into production by utilizing existing molds; for specialized performance requirements, we develop custom molds and flexibly accommodate small-batch orders with multiple specifications and production runs.
Custom Manufacturing of Motor Stators
Multiple processes—adhesive bonding, welding, and self-adhesive—with custom-made specialty soft magnetic materials available on demand
Adhesive-Cured Iron Core
A nano-modified epoxy adhesive is used, with an interlayer shear strength of ≥8 MPa; It maintains stable operation at 180°C for 2,000 hours and withstands short-term peak temperatures of 220°C; the lamination compression ratio is stable at 96%–98%, effectively reducing eddy current losses in the core by 20%, making it suitable for high-frequency, high-speed motor applications.
Clamping Plate/Welded Core Fastener
A mature, stable, and traditional laminated core assembly process secures the core laminations through methods such as clip riveting and laser welding. It features a robust structure and controllable costs, making it suitable for high-volume, general-purpose industrial motors.
Self-adhesive-coated iron core
It features a built-in insulating, self-adhesive coating that simultaneously provides insulation and rust protection, simplifying the downstream winding process and shortening the customer’s secondary processing cycle.
Special Soft Magnetic Alloy Cores
We custom-manufacture special soft magnetic material cores—including amorphous, nanocrystalline, and high-permeability cores—on demand, tailored for high-precision applications such as high-frequency transformers and specialty drive motors.
Machining of Stator and Rotor Assemblies
Winding + Advanced Rotor Processing: One-Stop Assembly Solutions
Stator and Rotor Winding Manufacturing
Supports both manual precision winding of sample cores and automated winding with high slot fill rates; features integrated vacuum impregnation and epoxy resin potting processes, significantly enhancing the insulation rating and heat dissipation performance of the windings.
Customized Advanced Rotor Machining
We offer services for brazing copper bars onto rotors, assembling permanent magnet assemblies, and machining carbon fiber-reinforced sleeves. By considering motor speed, power output, and cost constraints, we develop the optimal rotor manufacturing solution to meet the performance standards of various high-end power equipment.
